Ooh! Don't let the kiwis hear you calling their country "down under". They don't like Australians much. We're arrogant or something. I had always felt like they were just like us - and thought we were really close - until I actually worked with a few (one became my best friend, I might add). Then I discovered they are fiercely jealous of us in sports and other things. Given that most live in Sydney, you have to wonder. I still love them. I have just learned to avoid all conversation re sport. Oh, and butter. Dairy food is better there, they say. And they are probably right. It's a gorgeous country.

fierce rivalry in cricket & rugby at least, I've watched a few of those matches - intense, and great fighting spirit!
